The serial is on the label attached to the radio unit. It is 8 digits, sometimes printed with dashes or spaces, for example 1-0776-026. You may also find a code card in the glove box or service booklet. If the radio has been removed before, the label may be on the side or top of the unit.

Do I enter the serial with or without dashes?

Either way works. Enter the 8 digits exactly as printed or strip dashes and spaces, our system accepts both formats.
