Why we ask for both
The code is tied to your radio's serial number, and the order is tied to your email address. We need both so that a code can only ever be sent to the person who bought it. For the same reason we send it to the address on the order rather than to whatever is typed here.
Nothing arriving?
Check your spam folder first, and give it a few minutes. If you used a different email address when you ordered, try that one. Still nothing, or you cannot remember which address you used? Email help@myradiocode.co.uk and we will find it for you.
