Which Jeep models do you support?

We support Jeep models fitted with the Panasonic TM9 UConnect radio. This includes Grand Cherokee (WK2), Cherokee (KL), Wrangler (JK), Compass (MK49), Patriot and Renegade from approximately 2010–2018. The serial must start with TM9 followed by 9 digits.

What is a TM9 UConnect radio?

UConnect is the infotainment system used across Chrysler Group vehicles including Jeep. Panasonic manufactured the radio head unit for many of these vehicles, identified by a serial number starting with TM9.

Where do I find the TM9 serial number on a Jeep?

The serial is printed on the label on the radio unit. It starts with TM9 followed by 9 digits, for example TM9271701827. You may need to partially remove the radio from the dashboard to read the label, or it may be visible through a vent gap.

My serial doesn't start with TM9. Can you still help?
