Which Kia models do you support?

We support most Kia models fitted with the standard OEM radio from approximately 2002 to 2012, including the Picanto, Rio, Sportage, Cee'd, Soul and Carnival. The radio must be the original manufacturer-fitted unit with a serial number label on the unit itself.

Where do I find the serial number?

The serial number is on a label on the side or top of the radio unit. You may need to partially remove the radio from the dashboard to see the label. Note the last 4 digits of the number printed there.

Do I enter the full serial or just 4 digits?

You only need the last 4 digits of your serial number. If your serial is for example M0674077020, enter 7020.

When all four digits match your code, press and hold button 5 (or the confirm button, depending on model)
