First we’ll get the serial number off your radio, then we’ll unlock it.

LOCKED Seat Concert Serial starts with SEZ, on the label
You will needA pair of radio release keys and a plastic trim tool , a few pounds from any motor factor.
  1. 1The serial is not shown on screen : the unit has to come out.
  2. 2Ease off the trim surround with a plastic tool or flat screwdriver.
  3. 3Slide a release key into the slot at each side until it clicks, then draw the unit out.
  4. 4The serial is on a label on the back or side, starting SEZ. (A capital I and a 1 look alike, so check carefully.)

Don’t force it. If it will not slide out the keys are not fully clicked in, and forcing it can break the cage behind the dashboard.
